Talking Works
Counselling and emotional support for patients, carers and whānau who need a safe space to talk through illness, change, uncertainty and loss.
Stories Matter
A supported opportunity to record personal memories, life experiences and stories that can be shared with family and future generations.
Daybreak
A welcoming programme providing connection, activities and wellbeing support for people living with a life-limiting illness.
Mauri Mate – Cultural Care
Culturally responsive support that respects identity, values, tikanga and the importance of whānau throughout serious illness and end-of-life care.
Walk Your Way Through Grief
A gentle walking programme that combines movement, fresh air, conversation and connection for people navigating grief.
Bereavement Support
Compassionate support for people adjusting to life following the death of someone important to them. Support may include counselling, groups, information, resources and opportunities to connect with others.
